A Toastmaster is a traditional part of a British wedding and banqueting functions and his presence adds professionalism and style to every occasion, whilst the familiar Red coat livery adds colour to your special day.

Toastmaster Ian would be honoured to provide his Professional Toastmaster service for ALL Faith weddings including Asian and Jewish, as well as Civil Partnerships and Gay Marriages.

As your Toastmaster Ian will, where appropriate and agreed with you:-

• Attend a pre-meeting at your home or your Wedding Reception venue, to discuss your individual requirements
• Work closely with your reception venue management, caterers, photographer and/or videographer and other third party Wedding suppliers, to ensure that your needs and timings are met
• Meet your guests, and provide them with any necessary information regarding the venue and/or the arrangements for your reception
• Arrange your Receiving Line  for your Wedding Breakfast, if required
• Announce you both into your Wedding Breakfast as part of the Formal Entry
• Carry out a number of Announcements including your Speeches and the cutting of your Wedding Cake
• Assist with any presentations and ensure that all the presents and bouquets are fully available
• Announce your First Dance

Toastmaster Ian can also, if required:-

• Provide advice to the Bridegroom, Father of the Bride, and Best Man on speechwriting
• Provide a small, professional PA system, with a wireless microphone, for your Speeches; there will be an additional cost for this
• Wear a Lounge or Dinner suit if you feel that the normal ‘Red Toastmaster’ attire is too formal

For Civil Ceremonies and Partnerships, taking place at the same venue as your reception, Toastmaster Ian will also:-

• Work with your reception venue to ensure that your guests are seated in your ceremony or partnership room at the correct time
