Masonic Ladies Nights & Masonic Toastmaster

As an individual, I fully understand and appreciate all of the hard work and arrangements which go into making a successful Masonic Ladies Night. I can also sing, if required, the ‘Ladies Song’.

As your Professional Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies, Surrey Toastmaster Ian will:-

• Engage with your President or Festival Secretary, prior to your function, to discuss your individual requirements
• Work closely with your reception venue management, caterers, photographer and entertainment to ensure that your needs and timings are met
• Announce your Dinner, and arrange your Receiving Line and announce your guests
• Announce the President and his Lady
• Announce Grace
• Announce your Wine Takings
• Announce details of your Raffle and Table Prizes
• Announce Sung Grace and the Loyal Toast
• Announce the distribution of your Ladies gifts
• Announce your Speeches
• Assist with any presentations and ensure that all the presents and bouquets are fully available
• Announce your withdrawal from the Meal, at its completion
• Work with your Band or DJ, and announce the first dance
• Announce and assist, if required, with your Raffle
• Announce and arrange, if required, the conclusion of your Ladies Festival evening
• I can also if required – Provide a small PA system, with a wireless microphone, for your Speeches; there will be an additional cost for this
