Ian Ellis- Master of Ceremonies -Corporate and Civic Dinners, Lunches, Awards Presentations, Black Tie Balls

Surrey Toastmaster Ian will work closely with the organisers of Corporate and Civil functions, and ensure that his Toastmaster and Master of Ceremonies duties are carried out to the highest standard. For all functions Toastmaster Ian can also provide advice, if required, on areas such correct forms of address for Principal and Distinguished Guests, as well as suggesting appropriate entries for Top Table Guests.

As your Professional Toastmaster Ian will, as appropriate and agreed with you:-

• Work closely with your venue management, caterers, and other service providers to ensure that your needs and timings are met
• Announce your Lunch or Dinner as appropriate
• Arrange your Receiving Line, announce your guests, and announce your Principal and Distinguished Guests
• Announce Grace, your Wine Takings, the Loyal Toast, and your Speeches
• Assist with any presentations and ensure that all the presents and bouquets are fully available
• Announce and assist with your Raffle or Auction
• Announce the Formal withdrawal from the Meal, at its completion

Surrey Toastmaster Ian can also, if required:-

• Provide a small, professional PA system, with a wireless microphone, for your Speeches; there will be an additional cost for this.
